351.16 PARKING OR STORING OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
   (a)   The parking or storing of any motor vehicle between the front building line of any structure and the public sidewalk or the City right of way, shall be limited to surfaces constructed of brick or stone pavers, concrete, asphalt or other approved surface. No motor vehicle may be parked or stored on any landscaped area including grass. The Police Chief may provide notice in person or by certified mail with return receipt requested, to the person having the right to the possession of the property that a violation exists and must cease within five days. Failure to comply with such notice will result in the issuance of a parking citation for any future violation. (Ord. 29-2000. Passed 5-22-00.)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day in violation shall constitute a separate offense.
