173.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating the terms and conditions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in a sum not more than thirty-five dollars ($35.00) and cost. Each day during which such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable accordingly.
