171.17 REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY PLANNING COMMISSION FOR SIGNS IN BUSINESS DISTRICTS.

The Planning Commission shall review proposed signs for Business Districts when included in plans submitted for final plan review. The review shall be in accordance with this chapter and will relate to the general appearance of the sign regarding color, materials and perceived harmony with surrounding properties. (Ord. 48-2001.
