(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and face a potential jail sentence up to six months (180 days).
(b) In addition to the penalty provided in subsection (a) hereof, the Chief of Police may remove any license issued by him or her pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
