No person shall sell or offer for sale, barter or exchange, or shall solicit from door to door, without appointment, the purchase or gift of any goods, wares, merchandise or other articles of value, money or services within the Municipality during the period from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. of the succeeding day or at any time on Sunday.
