163.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction or being found guilty thereof, shall be fined no less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
