163.01 INSPECTION REQUIRED.
   No person shall sell, offer for sale, or have in his possession any meat or meat food products derived from cattle, sheep, swine, goats or horses unless:
      (1)    In the case of meat it shall bear on each prime part, the inspection stamp of the City of Cleveland or the Federal Bureau of Meat Inspection or the inspection stamp of some governmental agency having inspection acceptable to the Commissioner of Health.
      (2)    In the case of meat products, such as meat loaf, wieners, sausage and similar products the inspection legend appears on the individual packages or on labels, tags or on sufficient individual pieces so as adequately to establish the fact that it is an acceptably inspected product.
