156.03 DUTIES.
   (a)   The Ad Hoc Seven Hills Home Days Committee shall be authorized to:
      (1)   Organize the Home Days events for that year;
      (2)   To schedule vendors and entertainment;
      (3)   To determine which City or private assets or services will be necessary to conduct a safe and enjoyable Home Days celebration;
      (4)   Make written reports of all its activities to Council on at least a monthly basis or as requested;
      (5)   Perform other functions/duties as directed by the Mayor or Council.
   (b)   The Ad Hoc Seven Hills Home Days Committee shall not have the authority to enter into any contract on behalf of the City, or that is otherwise binding upon the City, or which will require the expenditure of City funds or the use of City assets until such contract is first submitted to the Mayor for review and recommendation, and thereafter approved by a majority of Council. Any proposed contract negotiated by the Ad Hoc Seven Hills Home Days Committee shall include a disclaimer notifying all parties of these requirements.
