Commencing in the year 2006 and no later than February of each calendar year, the Mayor shall appoint a Seven Hills Home Days Ad Hoc Committee consisting of one (1) member of Council, one member that is the Mayor’s Representative and one member from the existing Seven Hills’ Home Days Committee to serve as the “Ad Hoc Seven Hills Home Days Committee”, without compensation, for that calendar year, subject to approval by a majority of Council.
