(a) All City recognized organizations using the City’s facilities or equipment, receiving funding, materials, and/or equipment from the City of Seven Hills, Ohio are required to file annual financial reports to the Director of Finance prior to January 31 of each year or submit interm reports within ten days notice if requested by the Council of the City of Seven Hills. (b) Any community organizations failing to file annual financial reports or submit financial reports as and when requested by the Council of the City of Seven Hills shall not receive funding, materials, and/or equipment for and during the next financial year.
