There is hereby established an Operating Cash Fund to be used for the purposes of providing change, etc. to facilitate the sale of items by the City in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00). The Operating Cash Fund and the records of the Operating Cash Account will be administered by the Director of Finance. (Ord. 24-2002. Passed 5-13-02.)
