146.02 FINANCE DEPARTMENT.
   (a)   The Director of Finance will establish written procedures and controls over the sale of any items. These procedures and controls shall include among other things: the control of all cash receipts, the maintenance of inventories, the proper accounting of all sales and the proper reporting of all sales.
   (b)   A quarterly report on item sales will be made to Council by the Director of Finance. (Ord. 24-2002. Passed 5-13-02.)
