(a) A Fire Department is hereby established for the City, to be composed of a Fire Chief and such other officers and men as may be authorized by Council, who shall be part-time paid firemen. In addition to the Chief, the complement of personnel for the Fire Department is hereby fixed as follows: One Assistant Chief, two Captains; five Lieutenants; and Firemen. The Fire Chief shall appoint a Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau who shall be selected from the complement of personnel from the Fire Department.

(b) It is hereby expressly provided that the full time Fire Chief and the complement of personnel of the Fire Department shall be subject to the “Rules and Regulations of the Seven Hills Fire Department” as amended from time to time, a copy of which is attached to the original Ordinance No. 18-1996, and made a part of hereby reference.
