(a) Compensation. Part-time Police Officers shall receive as and for compensation, a sum determined in accordance with the following:
January 1, 2022 and thereafter: $18.52 to $25.00
January 1, 2023 and thereafter: $18.52 to $30.00
Effective January 1, 2024, all Part Time Patrol Officers’ compensation range shall reflect the same percentage increases received by members of the Seven Hills Patrolmen/Sergeant Collective Bargaining Unit.
A Part-Time Officer who is called in to work at a time when he is not regularly scheduled to report for work is guaranteed a minimum of three (3) hours call-in pay at the straight time rate.

(b) Longevity. Part-time Police Officers shall be entitled to longevity payment upon the completion of 10,400 hours of work accumulated over their length of service with the City. Longevity compensation shall be paid as follows:

10,400 - 20,799 hours | $300.00 each year |
20,800 - 31,199 hours | $600.00 each year |
31,200 - or more hours | $900.00 each year |

(c) Holiday Pay. The part-time Police Officers shall be paid one and one-half times his or her regular rate of pay for hours actually worked on any of the following listed holidays:
Holidays From and After October 1, 2003 Independence Day Labor Day Flag Day President’s Day Martin Luther King Day Memorial Day Columbus Day |
For hours worked on the following holidays, such part-time Police Officers shall receive double-time compensation:
Thanksgiving Day The day before Christmas Christmas Day The day before New Year’s Day New Year’s Day |

(d) Overtime Compensation. The part-time Police Officer shall be paid one and one- half times his or her regular rate of pay for hours worked in excess of forty hours in any one week, provided that such work is authorized by the Department Head.
