(a) There is hereby established the part-time position of Police Department Clerk, who shall be appointed by the Chief of Police. The part-time Clerk shall assist the Police Department Secretary in carrying out the secretarial duties connected with the Police Department.
(b) Compensation and benefits associated with the position of part-time Clerk are stated in the contract between the City of Seven Hills, Ohio and Ohio Council 8 and Local 3557 American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO (Clerical-Technical Chapter).
