129.08 FINANCE BOOKKEEPER.

(a) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to appoint bookkeepers during his term of office, for the carrying out of the bookkeeping duties connected with the office of the Director of Finance.

(b) Compensation and benefits associated with the position of bookkeepers in the Department of Finance are as stated in the contract between the City of Seven Hills, Ohio and Ohio Council 8 and Local 3557 American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO (Clerical-Technical Chapter).
