(a) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to appoint part-time clerks and typists to perform clerical work for the Director of Finance.
(b) Compensation and benefits associated with the positions of Part-time Clerical and Secretarial Help in the Department of Finance are as stated in the contract between the City of Seven Hills, Ohio, and Ohio Council 8 and Local 3557 American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO (Clerical-Technical Chapter).
