(a) The Mayor shall receive as and for his or her annual salary the sum of forty thousand dollars ($40,000.00). In addition to the annual compensation, the Mayor shall have an expense allowance of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per month. The yearly salary as set forth above shall be paid monthly.

(b) Compensation for said term of office shall be paid in forty-eight monthly payments and shall commence the first full month (January) after certification of the election results for their term of office. (Ord. 64-1999. Passed 11-22-99.)
