The purpose of this Chapter is to promote safe and sanitary conditions of properties within the City of Seven Hills where the owners are not the occupants and to establish guidelines for rentals and evaluating applicants for special use permits relative to Children Daycare or Adult Family Care Homes and Short-term rentals.
