121.11 PETTY CASH.

There is hereby established a Petty Cash Account for Council in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00). All expenditures from the Petty Cash Account shall be evidenced by receipts which shall be turned over to the Department of Finance. The Petty Cash Account and the records of the Petty Cash Account shall be administered by the Council Clerk.
