Council authorizes and directs the use of the Purchase Requisition form whenever the Mayor, Council, or a Department Head authorizes the contracting of a professional service, including but not limited to, legal, engineering services, surveyors and architectural services by the party so contracting with the City. This Purchase Requisition form is then submitted to the Finance Department in order that the proper procedure for payment may be followed.
