The full-time Council Clerk provided for in this chapter shall receive a vacation benefit which shall be calculated by the following formula:

Over one but less than five years |

Over five but less than ten years |
Three Weeks |
Over ten but less than fifteen years |
Four Weeks |
Over fifteen but less than twenty-six years |
Five Weeks |
Over twenty-six years |
Six Weeks

For the purpose of this section, one day of vacation shall be equal to the average hours worked per day for that employee.
