139.08 PETTY CASH.

There is hereby established a Petty Cash Account for the Department of Public Service and Properties, in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00). No single expenditure in excess of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be made from the Petty Cash Account. All expenditures from the Petty Cash Account shall be evidenced by receipts which shall be turned over to the Department of Finance.
