The City Building Commissioner is hereby authorized to establish and maintain a fee schedule to set forth the cost to be charged to the owner and/or occupant as authorized in this section. The cost schedule may be revised annually as reasonably necessary, but shall provide for at least the following minimum costs:
-Grass cutting: Less than ½ acre lot size - $250.00
-Grass cutting: More than ½ acre lot size - $350.00
-Grass cutting: 16 inches or higher - $100.00 (additional)
-Administrative fee - $100.00 per cut (to be paid to the City, fund to be determined at discretion of the City Finance Director)
