As used herein, “public body” means each of the following:
(a) Council, or any Committee of Council;
(b) Planning Commission;
(c) Zoning Board of Appeals;
(d) Civil Service Commission;
(e) Income Tax Board of Review;
(f) Recreation Board;
(g) Building Board;
(h) Assessment Equalization Boards;
(i) Charter Review Commission.
Definition of a full week = Seven day period beginning on Sunday.
