(a) The following Council committees shall, except during the month of August of each year, meet in regular session at the City Administration Building Council Caucus Room, pursuant to the following schedule:

Second Tuesday of the Month | Starting at approximately 6:00 p.m. or thereafter, the following Committees shall meet consecutively prior to the Council meeting: Community Service Police and Fire Public Works Finance, Civil Service, Personnel Council meeting - 7:00 p.m. |
Fourth Tuesday of the Month | Starting at approximately 6:00 p.m. or thereafter, the following Committees shall meet consecutively prior to the Council meeting: Parks and Recreation Planning, Zoning and Economic Development Rules, Ordinance and Ethics Finance, Civil Service and Personnel Council meeting - 7:00 p.m. |
