(a) The Council shall, except during August of each year and as otherwise provided in this section, meet in regular sessions at the City Hall, 7325 Summitview Drive, on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
(b) The Committee meetings shall begin at 6:00 p.m. to be followed by the regularly scheduled Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. The Committee meetings beginning at 6:00 p.m. and the Councl meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. shall be public meetings and open to the public at all times unless exempt under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 121.11(B).
(c) Should any holiday fall upon the date for a regular meeting, the meeting shall be held on the following day or on such other date as Council may specify.
(d) When any regular meeting of Council occurs on an Election Day, Council shall meet in regular session on the day following such Election Day at the place and hour provided for hereof.
(e) Special meetings of Council may be called pursuant to City Charter Article III, Section 5. (Ord. 154-2019. Passed 12-3-19.)
