1543.06 APPLICATION TO NEW CONTRACTS.
   The provision of this chapter shall apply to the following:
   (a)   Agreements entered into after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this Chapter;
   (b)   Renewals and/or amendments to agreements entered in to after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this Chapter which renewal or amendment alone meets the financial thresholding requirement of this Chapter.
