132.05 RECREATION CENTER DUTIES OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST.
   (a)   Maintains Front Desk records, reports, and monies on a daily basis. Closes out, balances and turns in tills to the Finance Department
   (b)   Assists the Recreation Complex Manager by acting as the liaison to various groups, council and other departments.
   (c)   Manages the overall daily operations of the Seven Hills Community Recreation Center under the direction of the Recreation Complex Manager, and ensures that all policies are carried out when acting as the Manager-on-Duty.
   (d)   Supervises all part-time employees throughout the Recreation Center.
   (e)   Interviews, hires, supervises, and instructs Front Desk Staff.
   (f)   Develops goals, objectives and operating plans for the Front Desk Employees.
   (g)   Coordinates all schedules of operation with the Recreation Complex Manager.
   (h)   Schedules all Recreation Rentals in coordination with programming and events, including the Recreation Center, Calvin Park, City Hall, Sports Fields, and Pavilions.
   (i)   Assists the Recreation Complex Manager in development and management of the operating budget for the Recreation Center regarding Front Desk needs.
   (j)   Coordinates with the Seven Hills Police Department and other Law Enforcement when necessary for security.
   (k)   Schedules Computer Training for programs such as Sportsman Software, etc.
   (l)   Schedules Senior Fitness Programming events as needed or directed by the Recreation Complex Manager.
   (m)   Orders office supplies for inventory for the Recreation Center (paper, pens, merchandise, fax, printer, copier, etc.).
   (n)   Performs such other duties as assigned by the Recreation Complex Manager and Mayor. (Ord. 44-2018. Passed 5-29-18.)
