(a) Serves as a liaison between City, local businesses and public interest organizations.
(b) Consults with the Mayor, Recreation Complex Manager and Director of Community Services concerning the development and evaluation of programs, activities, events and organizations.
(c) Assists other staff with the preparation of annual budgets for administration, marketing and information dissemination.
(d) Assists with developing and coordinating community outreach programs with other local programs, cities, and agencies.
(e) Handles the day-to-day inquiries regarding City programs and events.
(f) Participates as a City representative for various events and functions.
(g) Assists with preparing news releases, writing articles promoting City events, and delivering presentations.
(h) Helps prepare the City Newsletter.
(i) Maintains the City website, the Recreation Center's mobile application, the City Twitter account, and the City's Facebook account.
