132.03 COMMUNITY SERVICE DUTIES OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST.
   (a)    Assists with planning, developing, implementing, scheduling, and administering City events and volunteer programs, such as Meals on Wheels, etc. and other Community Service functions.
   (b)    Tracks program expenditures, revenues, and contributions. Works as a checks and balance system between the various departments and employees for city events.
   (c)   Works as a checks and balance between the various departments and employees for city events.
   (d)    Assists with Interviewing, selecting, training and supervising volunteers and conducting orientation for new volunteers.
   (e)   Assists with solicitation of donations for various City events and fund raising for City sponsored programs and newsletters.
   (f)   Maintains and updates City mailing lists on computer databases.
   (g)   Maintains City phone app with updates and information.
