132.02 GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST.
   As directed by the Recreation Complex Manager, the City Administrative Specialist manages the Recreation Center Front Desk area, assists with the overall daily operations of the Recreation Center, acts as Manager-on-Call, and assists the Director of Community Services as required. The City Administrative Specialist also acts as the communication liaison with the community by maintaining the City's website and other social media as well as the Recreation Center mobile applications, and prepares and disseminates news releases and other media related community interest correspondence. Other duties as may be assigned.
