(a) The 1945 Code and all ordinances and parts of ordinances in force on February 1, 1958, and which are incorporated in The Codified Ordinances of the Municipality of Seven Hills, Ohio, 1957, saving and excepting Zoning Ordinance No. 350, as amended from time to time, are hereby repealed as of the effective dates hereof, as follows:

Provided, further, that the arrangement and sectional renumbering of Zoning Ordinance No. 350 as set forth in The Codified Ordinances of the Municipality of Seven Hills, Ohio, 1957, are hereby approved and adopted and any and all future references, amendments or supplements to said Zoning Ordinance shall be made or adopted by reference to, or by amending or supplementing the appropriate section or sections of the component Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances.
(b) All ordinances and parts of ordinances enacted prior to February 1, 1958, which are in conflict with the Codified Ordinances of the Municipality of Seven Hills are hereby repealed.
