A request for approval of a variance or deviation from the requirements of this Chapter (other than a request for a prohibited use hereunder) shall be submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals and reviewed consistent with Article V, Section 8 of the City's Charter and City Codified Ordinance Chapter 939. This shall include requests such as for deviations from setback, density, height, buffer, design standard and parking requirements under this Chapter.
