979.11 AMENDMENTS TO THIS CHAPTER.

No subsequent change or amendment to this Code or any other governing ordinance or plan shall be applied to affect adversely the right of the applicant to proceed with any aspect of a Preliminary Development Plan or a Final Development Plan which has been approved pursuant to this Chapter. (Ord. 58-2016. Passed 9-20-16.)
