There is hereby established a Basketball Federation Programs Petty Cash Fund for the Recreation Complex in the amount of two thousand six hundred dollars ($2,600.00). The purpose of the Basketball Federation Programs Petty Cash Fund is to make payment to the scorekeepers for Basketball Federation programs, and all expenditures from the Basketball Federation Programs Petty Cash Fund shall be evidenced by receipts which shall be turned over to the Department of Finance. The Basketball Federation Programs Petty Cash Fund and the records of the Basketball Federation Programs Petty Cash Fund shall be administered by the Recreation and Parks Director and audited annually by the Director of Finance and reported to the Chairman.
