144.03 REPORTS FROM DEPARTMENT DIRECTORS.
   All Department Directors are required to prepare and submit a monthly departmental summary report to the Mayor who will then distribute copies to the City Council discussing representative matters such as:
         Routine activities
         Revenue/Expense issues
         Overtime
         Headcount/staffing
         Upcoming contracts/agreements
         Past/current/future activities.
