Any owner, or person, who violates, causes or knowingly permits to be violated any of the provisions of this Chapter, or fails to comply with any lawful requirement of any public authority made pursuant to this Chapter, or who knowingly uses, causes or permits the use of any lands in violation hereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor in the third degree, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day during which any such violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Nothing herein contained shall prevent the City of Seven Hills from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation.
