(a) The Commission shall evaluate the application and specifications listed above and shall make a finding that the plan complies with the regulations, standards and criteria prescribed by this Zoning Code for elderly residence housing, or a finding of any failure of such compliance and shall take action in accordance with Chapter 941.
(b) Following Planning Commission and Council approval, the developer may apply for a building permit which shall be issued by the Building Department if the building and improvement plans are found to comply with the Building Code and all applicable engineering
requirements as specified by the City Engineer. (Ord. 111-2014. Passed 7-28-14.)
