The Director of Parks and Recreation shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council and oversees the efficient operation of the Parks and Recreation Department and all athletic federations in the City. The Director shall supervise all recreational activities in the City of Seven Hills including, without limitation, all operations, equipment and programs of the Community Recreation Center including setting all policies regarding operation of the Community Recreation Center, any fees to be charged, with the exclusion of membership fees, maintenance and supervision thereof and scheduling of all events and any other duties as set forth by ordinance or as directed by the mayor.
