New street names shall conform to the following:
(a) Duplication. Street names shall be selected that will not duplicate or be confused with the names of existing streets in the City of Seven Hills and in Cuyahoga County irrespective of modifying terms such as street, drive, road, lane, avenue, boulevard, etc.
(b) Continuation of Streets. New street names shall bear the same name of any continuation or when in alignment with an existing or platted street.
(c) Approval of Street Name. All street names shall be approved by the Planning Commission before approval of the final plat.
