148.091 FRONT DESK ATTENDANT.
   (a)   Establishment. There is hereby established the position of Front Desk Attendant, which is a part-time position and reports directly to the Front Desk Manager and the Assistant Recreation Director. The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for controlling access to the facility by way of greeting members and guests, sale of merchandise and enrolling new members.
   (b)   Requirements for the Front Desk Attendant.
      (1)    General Computer skills.
      (2)    Experience in customer service.
      (3)    Minimum of 16 years of age or older.
      (4)    General telephone skills.
      (5)    Ability to enforce rules and regulations.
      (6)    Flexible to work varied hours, weekends and substitute for others as needed.
      (7)    CPR, AED and First Aid Certified.
   (c)   Duties of the Front Desk Attendant.
      (1)    Greet members and guests, check membership cards and (9) enforce rules of entry into the facility.
      (2)    Assist in membership sales and renewals, program registration, event information and point of sale of merchandise.
      (3)    Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
      (4)    Create signs and flyers as requested.
      (5)    Silver Sneakers Membership Registrations.
      (6)    General office duties as requested.
      (7)    Assist with other duties as requested by Supervisor or fulltime staff member.
      (8)    Balance monies at end of shift.
      (9)    Prepare necessary reports.
      (10)    Any other duties as assigned by management staff.
   (d)   Hourly Compensation range for the Front Desk Manager.
Hourly Rate: $18.00/hour
