(a) Establishment. There is hereby established the position of The Aerobics / Silversneakers Instructor, which is a sub-contracted or part time hourly position with the Seven Hills Recreation Center. The Recreation Center will provide the supplies (excluding audio tapes & routines) for conducting various classes offered, conduct registration of class members, collect fees, and space for class.
(b) The instructor will arrive early enough before class to ensure class starts and finishes on time.
(c) Instructors must possess current national recognized certification as an instructor and may be required to demonstrate teaching skills and knowledge.
(d) CPR/ AED & First Aid Certifications are required.
(e) The Aerobics Instructor reports directly to the Assistant Recreation and Parks Director.
(f) Hourly Compensation Range for the Aerobics/Silversneakers Instructor.
$12.00 - $30.00 / hour
