The Recreation and Parks Director will be allowed a total of twelve (12) Paid Time Off (PTO) days each year in lieu of Holidays. These twelve (12) days shall include any whole or half days that fall on holidays of which the Recreation and Parks Director is closed to the public. A record will be kept of time earned and taken.
