The term of the members appointed to the first Commission shall be for two years and shall be four years thereafter. Successors to those members appointed shall thereafter be appointed to similar terms as those exiting the Commission. The term of the Council representative shall be two years. In the event that a vacancy shall occur during the term of any member, his successors shall be appointed for the unexpired portion of the term. Members may be re-appointed as determined by the Mayor and Council.
