There is hereby created and established a Tree Commission for the City which shall consist of five (5) regular members, comprised of the City Arborist (non-voting member), a Council Liaison (non-voting member), Director of Public Service, and two (2) Seven Hills residents that shall be appointed by the Mayor with Council approval. In addition, the Commission shall have the right to request Council or the Mayor, with respect to capacities and limitations, to call in consultants as it sees fit.
