1143.42 HOUSING MAINTENANCE CODE PROGRAM FUND.

There is hereby established a Line Item which shall be known as the “Housing Maintenance Code Fund”. Housing Maintenance Code fines and/or fees determined by the Mayor’s Court shall be collected by the Clerk of Courts and deposited into the appropriate fund.
