In the event that the residence, commercial structure or other structure on which an earth station is constructed is sold or transferred, it shall be the responsibility of the seller or conveyor of the premises to remove the earth station and all its supports and appurtenances from the property. However, if the purchase contract or other means of conveyance provides specifically for the earth station to remain in place for use by the successive property owner, then this provision shall not apply.
