1141.05 SUPPORT STRUCTURES.
   (a)    Only metal support, galvanized construction, or equal thereto, will be allowed.
 
   (b)    Only a concrete base or caissons, depending on soil conditions, shall be employed in line with grade.
 
   (c)    The structure shall be designed to withstand wind force of up to eighty-five miles per hour in a manner conforming with good engineering practices.
 
   (d)    Any driving motor shall be encased in protective guards and be in compliance with requirements of the National Electrical Code, Article 800, in effect at the time of construction.
 
   (e)    All underground electrical wiring must be encased in approved P.V.C. or rigid metal conduit with an eighteen-inch cover and all overhead wiring must meet and comply with the requirements of the National Electrical Code, Article 800, and related Articles in effect at the time of construction.
   
   (f)   The earth station must be bonded to an eight-foot grounding rod and shall be in accordance with the requirements provided in the National Electrical Code, Article 250, and related Articles in effect at the time of construction.
 
   (g)    Should guy wires be used, they must be protected by a suitable shield.
 
   (h)    The structure must be in compliance with the National Electrical Code, Article 800, and related Articles thereto.
