(a) All contractors shall be responsible for the proper disposition of all trash, refuse, building material, tree stumps, broken concrete, flagging and similar waste materials used or in any way connected with the construction of the premises for which a license and/or permit has been granted.
(b) It is the responsibility of any property owner granting permission for dumping or landfill on his property, within fifteen days thereafter, to level the property to conform to the proper grade. (Ord. 81-2000. Passed 12-11-00.)
